About Jasmin
Jasmin Hyde is an Australian public relations and strategic communications consultant and the founder of Hyde & Seek Communications. She advises founders, executives, and organisations on PR strategy , earned media, executive positioning, reputation, and communications at moments when external credibility has real commercial consequences.
With more than a decade of experience across media, public relations, and strategic communications, Jasmin brings a journalist-informed approach to communications strategy. Her work has spanned government, enterprise technology, healthcare, superannuation, energy, sustainability, arts, social impact, and other complex or highly scrutinised sectors.
Jasmin founded Hyde & Seek Communications in 2025 around a simple view: PR should not chase visibility for its own sake. It should identify the stories, ideas, and expert perspectives capable of reaching the right audiences and building genuine authority.
Her work now spans earned media, executive positioning, reputation counsel, digital PR and AI visibility , and Australian market-entry communications . She works particularly closely with organisations in technology and AI, healthcare and healthtech, finance, and professional services.
Jasmin’s approach combines traditional PR judgement with the realities of AI-driven discovery. As search behaviour shifts from lists of links towards generated answers and recommendations, she focuses on the independent evidence, authoritative coverage, and consistent public presence that help organisations become understood and trusted by both people and machines.
Her commentary on public relations, earned media, trust, AI, and communications strategy has appeared in Australian and international media including Mumbrella, PR Daily, B&T, Telum Media’s The Earned View, The Sydney Morning Herald, and Flying Solo.
She also contributes to the communications and impact sectors through industry and advisory roles, including involvement with Communication and Public Relations Australia , advisory board involvement with TechForGood Australia , and work as a strategic communications advisor to Keep Australia Beautiful .
Jasmin studied public relations and communications at RMIT University and also holds qualifications in business and graphic design.
